1. Introduction
By accessing or using Dope Credits, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Dope Credits is a staking ecosystem built on the Stellar network using Soroban smart contracts. Using our platform means you understand how staking, rewards, and token interactions work on-chain.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally allowed in your jurisdiction to use blockchain-based services. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
3. Staking & Rewards
Staking rewards range between 7.3% and 21.9% APY, depending on your selected tier.
Rewards accumulate automatically on-chain and may update multiple times per minute.
When you restake, pending rewards are added to your balance as part of the staking mechanism.
All staking actions (stake, unstake, claim) are final once executed on-chain.
4. No Guarantees
Dope Credits does not guarantee price stability, future returns, or financial gains. Rewards are based on the published staking model but may be adjusted in the future to maintain sustainability.
5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
• Keeping control of your own wallet and private keys.
• Double-checking transactions before confirming them on-chain.
• Understanding the risks of using decentralized systems.
Dope Credits cannot reverse, modify, or recover transactions once they are broadcast to the Stellar network.
6. Platform Evolution
Dope Credits may introduce new features such as Play-to-Earn, Sponsorships, and Burn mechanisms without prior notice.
Features may evolve or be updated to maintain ecosystem health.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dope Credits is not liable for:
• Loss of funds due to user error, wallet compromise, phishing, or chain-related issues.
• Market volatility or token price changes.
• Technical issues caused by third-party wallets, DEXs, or blockchain outages.
You use the platform at your own risk.
8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated version.
